Technical consultation summary

PELTIC survey 2023 shows a drastic increase in anchovies across Cetlic sea and Western Channel. This stock is not heavily targetted by UK vessels - It is an opportunistic fishery and they are targetted by French and spanish ring netters occasionally. Assessed using Route 2 - no concern for biomass, no concern for F = 0.25 stock score - very little managment
