Beach clean organiser training

Whether you've been looking at running a beach clean for your community, friends and family, work group or you would like to add a litter survey to your litter picking activities, we have a training session to suit everyone!

Each session is run by one of our Beachwatch team, who will talk you through how to plan, organise and run a beach clean and litter survey so you will feel confident to lead your own.

Introductory beach clean training

Online training that's perfect for people thinking of organising their first beach clean and litter survey.

The webinar lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and will take you through the process of planning and delivering your clean, and submitting litter survey results.

Training for groups

Still introductory training, but great for groups or organisations who would like to organise a beach clean for their co-workers or for a group.

The webinar lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and will take you through the process of planning and delivering your clean, and submitting litter survey results, as well as extra considerations for groups.

Survey training for existing beach clean organisers

This bitesize training will take you through the essentials of how to carry out our litter survey as part of your beach clean and submit the results online.

The webinar lasts approximately 30 minutes, and will cover: how to carry out the survey, where to find the relevant forms, how to submit your results and what we do with your data.
