Pacific salmon – Chum salmon, pink salmon and red salmon – is a Best Choice if certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). If you are buying wild caught salmon, make sure you choose Pacific salmon as Atlantic salmon are struggling in the wild and are a Fish to Avoid.
