Overview

The sustainability of northern prawns (or shrimp) varies. Best Choices are from the Northeast Artic or Greenland. Northern prawn caught in the North Sea, Skagerrak and Kattegat are OK –need improvement. These little, cold-water prawns are often sold in sandwiches and prawn cocktails.
